Samantha Carpenter is a native of Statesville, North Carolina. She holds a degree in both Agricultural Education and Animal Science. After graduating, she has spent time in the animal science industry with commercial poultry on local farms. She has always had a passion for real estate and helping people. This passion coupled with communication skills, honestly, fairness, and a great work ethic has allowed Samantha to serve North Carolina residents in the home buying/selling process.

When not helping buyers/sellers, Samantha enjoys wake surfing Lake Norman, snowboarding, attending football games, checking out new restaurants, and spending time with her family and animals.
